I found a free weights machine which looks interesting .....
it's a lying T bar row , after i gt home I checked the net .
they say u can do it palms in , palms down , palms up .
any1 knows these 3 possible positions train wad part more .
palms up down means the chin up grip . ( over hand or under)
palms facing the parallel grip with each palms facing each other .
Curl grip utilises the biceps more thus you can throw out a few more reps.
Dont do lying t -bar row.Doing barbell row.
The reason of lying t bar is so that the person need not use much lower back stabilisation therefore not so much weight is supported by the lower back. But this will cause problems in the future.
wad does the T bar train ?
biceps lats ?
it looks more useful than lat pulldown which is cable .
Lying T bar row is useful if you have a bad back that prevents you from doing bent over barbell rows/regular T bar rows. Bent over DB rows are another option.
