  Is the gym something like Clementi clubfit gym? got free weights of varying weights like5kg, 6kg, 7kg, 7.5kg, 8kg etc? Cuz i know some clubfit gyms only have 5kg, 7.5kg and 10kg etc...

  most Clubfitt dumbbells come with increments of 2.5kg.One that does not is Toa Payoh, 25kg then jumps to 30kg no 27.5kg..the rest do.

  Yeah, i kinda know that, but i went to clementi one before and their increment was 1kg, sometimes even 0.5kg rather than 2.5kg...

  thats the gym with assisted pullups .
  
  I was a zero fighter who trained until i can do real pullups .
  
  but the gym instructor damned fierce there .
