I will set a 100% machine circuit routine for you.Therefore, your joints wont ache so much and there are lesser chances of getting injured.You will have a slim and toned body from my advice not those gargantuan physiques.
In modern times, old fashioned exercises like deadlifts/squats/bench presses and WORST, MILITARY PRESSES have no place in training.They are too taxing on the joints(infact Men's health suggested that squats can destroy your knees)and are infact detrimental.I will incoporate state of the art "space-age" machines and bosu ball drills.Your agility, power, strength will sky-rocket through my expertise.

I will replace hard to do exercises like pull-ups with lat-pulldowns
Dips with the dips machine!
and the dangerous squat with quadricep extensions.
Abdominals will be attained using the Bosu ball and crunches on swiss balls.
