in my case, i dont have a spotter n for exercises like bench, squat, mili press, deadlift its very dangerous to go heavy. Also if i go ligher, my form tend to be betterOriginally posted by Simon Dean:you can do 2 sets per exercise.
I dont understand the theory behind feeling exhausted or sweating then work is considered to be done.
Perhaps your break is too long?Give us a breakdown on reps done, speed at which its done as well.
Honestly, if you concentrate on the eccentric on most exercises and do heavy.Trust me that its better than doing 10 faster and lighter reps.
HOWEVER
Form should dictate load always
PS:I still have no idea why you like to do so many exercises, the more doesnt mean the better.
so wad u trying to mean is u dont need to sweat in gym? my purpose in gym other than building a good pysique is to sweat lol....the workout that i tried leaves me wet and at the same time not too exhaustingOriginally posted by Simon Dean:you can do 2 sets per exercise.
