While they eat yellow egg noodles(which uses lots of eggs to make), mayonaise(eggs as well) etc etc... -
Quantity and concentration different.

egg is nutritionally dense while mayonaise and other processed sauces are laden trans fats and other hidden killers.

They put down eggs
but eat processed food like chips, chicken nuggets..eggs are definately healthier than those. -
Unless you have a medical condition that causes a raise in cholesterol you can eat all the eggs you want as eating foods containing cholesterol will not directly collate to an increase in blood serum levels.
You are actually better off eating the whole egg anyway and get organic whenever you can - they are cheap enough here and can pick them up in most supermarkets.
