left deltoid pain when doing chin up

  when i try to pull myself up, my left deltoid always pain. any suggestion or remedy to this? btw, i'm still at 0 barrier

  Check your scapular stability.
  
  Easy method - do a push-up with your shirt off, and have someone watch you. Look for winging or un-balanced movement in the scapular.
  
  Also look at potential trigger point referal.
  
  List all past/current injuries (all of them not just for the shoulder)
  
  What dental work have you had done?
  
  as you can see there could be many causes.

  i'm doing neither wide or small.. just in the centre..about 3/4 feet away from shoulder
  
  as for Marco_Simone's method... his explaination not detail leh..

  quoted from it.. what is the angle to static hold? and is it wide or close grip?
  
  previous injuries i'm not sure...but now when i touch my fore deltoids of both arms, i could feel the pain

  Recently,I have clicking sounds in my shoulders while doing chin ups...does anyone face the same problem?

  take more glucosamine sulphate as in those for joints...if it still hurts you'll have to see a specialist for it...
