i just started training my sit up, and after 30 reps, my stomach ache for like 3 days. how to train like this sia? i using a situp bench. and i didnt lie all the way back. i just made sure i was around 180 degree flat then i up again for 30 times. how to train?

You never warm up...
You should always warm up before you do any vigorous exercises if not you next day, whole body ache one.

I never really thought that situps and crunches were a good abs exercise.
Anyway, like fireice said.Its the quality of the reps not the quantity.

Situps and crunches are not the best exercise for training the rectus abdominis as this is not their primary function. Most people will tell you that the function of the rectus abdominis is to produce flexion but itÂ’s notÂ… the primary function is eccentric deceleration of the trunk into extension. In other words to prevent movement not create movement.
