Gym dress code

  I do not know why the hell those instructors are so bothered when i wear a polo shirt(not cotton but aint sure what it is though) and work out.They keep bugging me like hell.Please la, if you wanna talk about hygenie ar.You might as well ban singlets because the armpit prespirations drips directly onto the benches etc.
  
  I dont see them bug those inconsiderate people who dont re-rack their weights or hog equipment.Knn...then they must come and bug me over something simple like a shirt.

  coz it dun absorb sweat well? then coz the equip to be 'flooded' with ur sweat?

  Maybe those gym ppl concern you no tuck in? Or they want you to wear tight fit so they can drool?

  There is mesh netting inside..and it absorbs sweat quite well.

  Their probably new and perhaps they were told to enforce some kind of dress code

  last time also. knn i wear shorts-those with zips one 1 guy say cannot. I wear it many times and nobody said anything. Then I go down and buy. Then I come back he say thank you. wtf. waste my money $12 on an ugly shorts.

  I wear my old army shorts,as for top,I wear some old polo shirt or t-shirt.No point wearing nice attire coz I would sweat badly at the end of my training.
  
  I often see many guys dressed nicely in branded sports apparel from top to bottom(yeah even socks are branded). Not only that,they have the full range of accessories-gloves,lifting belt,knee and elbow pads or something.Then what's that device you strap on your arm when you do cardio? Yeah,they have that for their weights session too.
  
  I wonder why would one need a lifting belt when all he is doing machine curls and pushdowns..when on the other hand,I lift raw for all the heavy compound movements which are taxing on the lower back(bent over rows,military presses,deadlifts etc...)
