but just wanna find out that what does skipping ropes train on? legs, just like jogging...? or...?
Dominately calves, followed by quadriceps(front thigh) a bit of hamstring and backside muscle here and there.Skipping ropes are used for cardiovascular conditioning.
If you want to build big leg muscles, do 100m sprints sets and squats.Whoever tells you to jog long distances to get big leg muscles must be kidding.You see sprinters with big legs but you hardly see a long dist runner with huge legs.
oh.. but not that into big big leg muscle.. just wanna tone up.. thanks alot for e reply.. at least now got 2 more choice.. =D
