Isolations(Should be patronised the least):
1)Wrist curls
2)Reverse wrist curls
3)Wrist rolls
4)Wrist rotations

3)Curl grip pull-ups(Palms facing you)

No 1 and 2 from compounds especially will also build a freakish and thick neck.
