How heavy can you lift?

  From ground to above your head. I can lift 40 kg, Im guessing I can do 42-44.

  last time work in fatory need to load bags of chemical from ground to a trolley, depends on what kind of chemical, mostly about 30kg.

  if you are talking about gym weight, i can shoulder press about 25-27kg dumbbells.
  
  If you are talking about odd objects, i have flipped a 140kg tyre for 20m plus.
