Crazy recipe for protein shake

  Okay this is more for bulking
  
  3 oreo biscuits
  1 scoop of protein powder(banana, chocolate, vanilla etc etc)
  Ice
  Water
  Sugar syrup
  
  all throw in and blend
  
  actually taste not bad.

  one scoop strawberry whey protein
  Sliced and chopped strawberries
  Vanilla icecream
  milk
  
  blend it and drink.

  basically mix it with oreo, low fat whipped cream and ice cream it will taste nice
  
  My best recipe(cookie and cream icecream protein shake)
  
  Cookies and cream whey protein(one scoop)
  Ice
  Water
  Vanilla or cookies and cream ice-cream
  low fat whipped cream(really optional)
  bar of cookies and cream chocolate or Oreos (optional but would taste great)
  
  Mix and blend

  I use this shakes to bulk then i cut later.I use this as a general guide to those who dont care what they use to bulk.
