dont be like those naive people who think that doing more in the gym means better.
You go to the gym just to stimulate the muscle only, the food and rest builds it.
Example
Chest and triceps workout
3 sets of pullovers
3 sets of benchpress or dumbbell presses
3 sets of dips are enough
Dont go do 10000000000000000000000000000 sets of just chest presses only.
Back and bicep:
Curl grip lateral pulldowns or curl grip pull-ups/chin ups x 3
Dumbbell rows x3
Deadlift of any sort x 3
1 set of hyper extensions to failure
