  i suggest you buy your supplements from online stores.I have spoken to these people at GNC and Natural farm.They do not even know their stuff at all.At least some of those local supplement online stores have an inhouse nutritionist who may be able to guide you.

  Creatine in liquid (aqueous) form is dubious. Although the companies that market creatine in liquid form claim to have found ways to stabilize it, so that it doesn't degrade as it usually does in liquid after several hours, other companies and nutritionists claim that's bullsh*t, saying it's impossible to stabilize creatine in liquid form, that you'll be paying for lower quality creatine.
  
  So my suggestion is if you want to play safe, stick to the tried and tested, creatine in powder form.

  I have also heard of several local nutrionist warning me against liquid creatine.
