it's okay.. still doing the strengthening exercises to stabilise the back..
hopefully can join in my usual team in my organisation somewhen into the league.. we don't bowl well but we are there for laughs and to meet up with other friends

they haven't started yet.. it's at the civil serpents' club at tessensohn road... uhh.. both were during the league last year actually

am currently using 2nd hand balls, forgot the name liao. One's a brunswick the other a columbia. spare ball used to be a columbia white dot but had sold it off liao. Yup, i'm a hooker. =P -
