CISCO sues Apple over iphone

  News has that negotiations was undergoing for many many mths... right up before the Keynote address but then, no signing on the dotted line.
  
  The representatives on Apple Inc must have found loopholes in the patent else they wouldn't have label it's first phone as iPhone.
  
  On a side note, if anyone has noticed... the phone itself din have any titling that says iPhone. You oni see a Apple logo at it's back.

  hah... not, yet. Well, they still have less than 6 more mths to get all these sorted out before the first set is released in the US of A.
  
  Patent infringements tussle has always been a messy affair and this one is no different. Surely, Apple Inc found something that Cisco din or else they would not have rock the boat.
  
  Asia will see the release of the handsets in 2008.
