Firstly, the school fees.
There are various financial assistance schemes which you can apply for.
The first financial assistance scheme is compulsory. That is the Tuition Grant. The government will pay about $12000 per year for you. You have to apply before each school year starts. If you are a Singapore student, you need not pay back to the government. If you are a foreign student, you need to work here and repay back to the government.
The next financial assistance scheme is CPF Education Scheme. If you or your parents have enough money in the CPF, you can apply for this scheme. Up to 40% of the Ordinary Account could be used. You can check with CPF if you don't understand this part. There will be interest charged. It is charged at the prevailing CPF rate. You will start repaying one year after graduating. You have to pay in cash, minimum is $100 per month. The maximum time to pay back is 10 years.
If you are a Malay student, you can consider the Mendaki Education Scheme.
If there is sufficient money in your Edusave, you may use your Edusave.
