Don't think Singapore can add more universities. A constraint on our land.
You are still waiting for O Levels results? If prelim results cannot get into first three months, doesn't mean after O Levels cannot. I got friends who cannot go for first three months and make it for JC after the O Levels results are released. Don't worry lah.

You can also walk to RP from the MRT Station. About 15 minutes. -
