Having government?

People often complain about government policies and rules. Some says that this team will work better, some says that that team will work better. I'm wondering if there will be peace and prosperity when there is no government? I think there will only be chaotic. What do you think?
I begin to imagine. What will happen when there are no governments in all nations? What will the world be like?
This leads me to think another issue. My friend told me why not scrap away the economy. Why bring economic into picture when people will fight for money and position? Will there be peace when there is no economy?

no government, than there will be other form of regulations but on a smaller scales like tribes. must have one, so long a society is in place than there will be a common sense of protocols dat states what shld be done and what shld not be done. so in a way, we'll live but not very efficient and on a global scale, its just one big mess. all the funny things will be there with all those mini-cultures and governments and dictorships, etc.
we'll jus end up the same way as now, one way or another.
