BKE towards PIE city during mornings

  Problem always in the morning....
  4 lane before Dairy Farm Exit then become 3 lanes then become 4 lanes during exit at PIE.
  Traffice becomes worse when got stupid police man stand on road shoulder.
  Always Jam
