HE WORKS AT CENTURY SQUARE BRANCH

I WONT SAY HIS NAME OUT BUT ITS A 6 letter name and starts with a D

I can't believe he is even a stylist at ICON..

When I went for my first ever cut at ICON, KK was my stylist and his service and cut were absolutely great.

I totally enjoyed my cut there and was gonna go back for a 2nd

So this time I decided to go give it a good cut and since KK wasn't there when I went, I thought just give another stylist cut, The standard will probably be about the same

BUT I WAS WRONG

This guy is like, Just keep cutting, Don't bother to talk to me, I know its not a obligation but at least it makes your customer feel better?

He didn't take time to look at my hair texture thus he screwed up my hair just like any other neighbourhood stylist

KK actually took time to feel my hair, said it was thin and all then he didn't layer it much as it was already naturally thin

Then although i didn't like how he cut my back, he still did a professional job worthy of the $32 price tag

This other stylist on the other hand, I told him I want something natural that I can style with little spikes while keeping my sides and back

then he went to cut my fringe so ridiculously short til it barely touched the eyebrows, previously it got past my mouth

den my top he cut til damn thin and showed my thin fine hair nature, can see scalp liao

then like that nvm, my back the ending, he cut like duno what lah..

like normally the tail is those straight sharp sharp type, he cut mine until its like 1 snip and the back is done

meaning, instead of a straight sharp finish, its a bunched up same length finish.. like what those $10 aunties do

I THINK ICON SHOULD SACK THIS GUY

ANYWAY I CAN FEEDBACK TO ICON MANAGEMENT?

so tat he did a bad job n not fit to be a stylist.
i can tolerate anything but bad hair job.
got once i blast at one auntie n told her to stop doing wadever onto my hair coz she was making a mess out of it. immediately, her once-professional-attitude dropped to a newbie.
i stare real hard, pay her n stormed off.
