Sore throat + runny nose

  As above. I've been having a sore throat and runny nose since yesterday.
  
  It was just a tingle in my throat yesterday, but it seems to have gotten worse.
  
  I hope I don't come down with the flu.

  A few weeks ago I kena something like this too. I went to Guardian and bought this box of Dequalinium lozenges. Worked pretty well for me. You might want to try it.
