  Got this new phone but it is giving me hell
  first it is dirnking the battery power. batt low in 8 hours
  then it won't talk with the bluetooth headset
  then the internet WLAN won't work
  shyt

  If you think that your phone might be problematic compared to others then maybe you should make a trip to a Nokia Centre to have a check up.

  Yes!!! Send it to nokia centre, preferably wheelock branch. Your phone will be well taken care of there.
