  Seriously, after going for countless outfield exercises, my body adapted such that I didn't have to take a dump for up to four days straight.
  
  I didn't eat much while outfield. I would pretty much survive on chocolate bars and Uncle Toby's bars which I keep in my SBO.
  
  Needless to say, outfield training is virtually synonymous with weight-loss regimen for me... I remember losing 3kg in a 3 1/2-day mission in Thailand.
  
  That wasn't my record, though.... I once lost 2kg in an extremely strenuous outfield exercise at Pasir Laba within 36 hours.
