Apple Ipod

  then 2nd generation shuffle is giving me a lot of headaches
  
  and now I am really having headaches..just popped a Panadol just now..
  
  tried all means to resolve my problem but to no avail
  
  just now had an online web-based chat with an Apple agent very good at least got a specialist to help
  
  but
  
  that person didn't really help much..got gave a lot of instructions asked me do this do that I followed but then problems still unresolved
  
  guess what
  
  the Agent told me to call the Apple service people
  
  wasted like 2 hours chatting with the Agent who also wasted 2 hours chatting with me
  
  cos why?
  
  not his/her problem
  
  but Apple's problem! produced such problematic player so many people on their discussion having similar problem like me

  I never seen any electronic equipment induce medical issues such as headaches before.
  
  Unless you got an electric shock or your iPod has a tendency to fly towards a specific body part, e.g. your head.

  after that I restored my Ipod..which I finally did after this many times of "Cannot find requested file" error
  
  all my musics deleted left a few songs which I don't know why are still there
  
  so I tried to sync back my songs

  "File cannot be found" or something..Ipod cannot be updated
  
  then told me disk corrupted so I tried to restore again
  
  same problem again

  I gave up cos I have been encountering these few problems a lot of times the past few days
  
  by the way

  no it doesn't not induce..maybe for most people
  
  but it sure adds on to my headache induced by other factors

  Well... it oreadi good that they try to help u on the phone.
  
  Jus bring down to the service centre to get it repair then.

  my Ipod is bought from a licensed outlet
  
  will any service center still service my Ipod?
  
  and will they charge?

  O.O, 1st time i heard iPod got complain ...
  Hmm, iPod shuffle?? Maybe, flash drive faulty? If so, u must bring down to Service centre liao lor ..

  If it's a licensed outlet or a authorised Apple reseller... that's fine. The service center will do the service if ya hardware still under the one year warranty status. Bring along ur receipt if u have one.
