  my elderly and illiterate sister had a problem with the keypad lock function of her handphone and approached m1 for assistance. she was directed to the sony ericsson's service centre at simei.
  
  she was then told the keys were malfunctioning and servicing would cost $30.
  
  kns, i checked and all that needed to be done was change the settings.
  
  so much for good service!!!

  oh ya. next time tell your sis to approach you before doing anything. u can also do a job as a bro to teach her some words or take note of some stuff
