Wow! Great to find a place where people can talk about Theatre in sgForums. Maybe this will give me one more reason to frequent this forum.
Love to know more people who share a passion and interest for Theatre!
Noticed that there isn't much posting happening here recently.
Well, 2009 does have a lot of cool productions that are happening. Starting to work on my writing and scripts again. Maybe can get involved in 1 or 2 productions for 2009. It'll really make my year!

Nah, I'm not like some established writer...haha...
The only experience I had is 8 years of stage drama and musical when I was in secondary school and polytechnic. After that, I've basically be involved in experimental Script Writing and occasional script writing for secondary school or JC plays and musicals. But that one also like, once a year, or once in 2 years.
At least, so far. Nothing much really. Just starting small. I'll probably have to send out 10 entries to get 1 entry selected. And 1 set of script writing takes a lot of work, and a lot of hours. Usually in solitude. Cause need to think, and need stillness to get inspiration. Or sometimes, will hang out somewhere alone, just observing people, listening to conversations, those conversations can become inspiration for the scripts as well. Earlier this year...somewhere in March, one of my scripts almost got selected by TheatreWorks, however, I got beaten by another guy who has a better Script Writing skill, that person apparently has went to Theatre School before, and is a qualified Playwright, unlike myself...haha...so, yea.
