Children's Playground @ Bartley station during weekdays at 1pm. Primary School students would enter the station and PLAY CATCHING, RUNNING ABOUT, AND SCREAM in the station. When train arrives, they would start to scream as loud as they could and rush to the platform screen doors, allowing no passengers to alight the train when the doors open. After entering the train, they will block the doors with their feet to prevent them from closing. But after the doors have finished closing, they will lean against the door as hard as possible to make it open, but considering their weight, the door did not open. Their screams and shoutings drained away the sounds of the announcements. After arrival @ Serangoon station, the students would then rush up the escalator and treat the travellators as threadmills, by running the opposite direction as the travellators are going, blocking several commuters transfering from the NEL to the CCL.

You've seen nothing.go to Boon Lay MRT and see for yaself.ENTIRE shoals of kids and teens rush in,flattening any passenger who obsecures their way.
I have to admit that the Bartley station students are from Maris Stella.I am studying there as a Sec 1 student there you know. Now as exams are here, students will be dismissed earlier,so MORE NOISE is generated. However,my classmates are very considerate and hardly make any noise.

I think Boon Lay MRT's Situation is better than Bartley's. Since Bartley is underground, the students were pushing against the PSD when the train arrives, trying to get into the train. Situation was very bad. Some even crowd in groups screaming together inside the train. A few students even pushed a toddler on the ground while playing catching, and was scolded by the toddler's mother.

I hate it also. Especially when children scream.
