What's the difference between C151 Kawasaki Unrefurbished, C651 Siemens, C751B Kawasaki/Nippon Sharyo and C151 Kawasaki Refurbished?[/img]

C751B - IGBT-VVVF -
Maybe you can read on Wikipedia and compare the difference between them ya?

how do we identify them by just the outer appearance? or is it impossible to do so.

C151B: plain white scroll
C651B: yellow dot-matrix
C751B: orange LED
Exterior
C151B Unrefurb: White, normal windows and brighter red stripe
C651B: White with silver door lining, greenish windows and darker red stripe
C751B: Black, black window lining
Sound
I can't describe it but they are distinct enough. Just listen.

Smooth accelerating
C651s Sharp and loud accelerating/braking
C751Bs Piercing loud sounds when braking -
I won't think C751B is piercing leh. In fact I find it as smooth as C151B. And C651B is simply loud and noisy. Siemens are well-known for producing the musical train Keikyu N1000.
