Well how many of them won something at the age of 40?He is definitely one of the most successful youngest manager,and what he achieved with porto is just splendid..I think wenger,benitez and fergie didn't win much during that age..

Benitez 45 this year and Mourinho 42....say until as if Benitez is as old as Ferguson.... say until as if only Mourinho is the only young manager who won something.
