Some J-Rock recommendations to first-time J-Rockers~

For those who had no idea on which artist to listen to here's a gd place to look for them. Here I will be introducing some major j-rock bands that really kick butt.
X JAPAN
This band is a must-know rock band for every j-rockers. They created j-rock and 'visual kei'. Though disanded in 1997, their rock music and smoothing ballad still rock the industry...
A little history.....
Formed by Yoshiki (Leader, drums and piano), Toshi (Vocals), hide (guitar), Pata(guitar), Heath (bass) and Taiji (ex. bass). They first debuted in 1982.
The band's formerly called 'X', they changed their name to 'X JAPAN' after searching for a new bassist in US. (Since there's another band named 'X' in US). The word ' JAPAN' is added to make the band sound more 'local'
The band writes both heavy metal and classical ballad songs. Here's some recommendations.

This band debuted under extasy records with the help of Yoshiki (leader of X JAPAN, Director of extasy Records) in 1991.
Formed by Ryuichi (Vocal), Sugizo (guitar), Inoran (Leader, guitar), J(Leader, bass) and shinya (drums), this band in my opinion is very talented and very single they produced is gd.

Guitarist of legendary Rock band X JAPAN and the best guitarist in Japan. He begin his solo career in 1993. Unforunately, this talented artist passed 5 years later, in 2nd May 1998. A museum is bulit in his home town 2 years later to comemorate him .

I think that depends on which band u choose to listen to. I think most of them has a gd vocal. not prefect but it's acceptable. -

his singing is very unlike japanese. a bit american.
if i am not wrong they are the original singer of jacky cheung's 'every day love you a little bit more'
the song title is manatsu no kajitsu. -
GACKT!!! my all time favourite!! he and Kinki Kids very compatible.

there are lots of great japanese composers. but too bad most of their pop singers have looks but poor vocals.
of course some of the idol pop stars' singing are still acceptable. -
