How to deal with my sister-in-law?

  I am very displeased with my sis-in-law who is staying with me. I feel that she is taking my hubby's thing for granted.
  
  My hubby and I owns the car and whenever my hubby don't drive to work, she will borrow our car to drive to work. Very very seldom and almost never, she will pay for the petrol cost and ERP charges.
  
  So when I need to use the car, it seems that I need to make an extra effort to drive her to work and send her work. Btw she owns a bike and we never ride her bike.
  
  On other matters, she never helps in the housework, cooks or pay for any domestic bills for the house. I am also staying with my parent-in-law and now my house look so messy like a warehouse. It's really unbearable!
  
  Do you think she is too much? How should I deal with her?

  Yes, I thought of that too. But he can be quite defensive when I talk about his family members. And the problem is that he don't mind at all!
