Souls in SS can grow up, its just that 1 Soul Society year = several human years. Ya, they do age...
And the person the Ichimaru killed was the 3rd seat of the 5th Division, under Shinji and Aizen. Minor character i should say...

Repetive in what sense? U means they story is always about fighting or what? :)
I like the fact that the many characters in the story has intertwining histories and storyline, furthermore the story is not bad and has a lot of kick-ass characters.
It will be great if Bleach can match the likes of One Piece, my other favorite. 10 years and still going strong!!

haha one piece to me is alright la. but it's so.... draggy sometimes. and i tend to keep forgetting the characters cuz they all look almost alike

i think the arrancar/espeda arc will the end of Bleach. but the author doesn't want to end the story without properly telling the stories and histories of all the taichou so that is why he created this -108 chapters to be run for 2+ years.
i'm fine as i prefer the soul society stories than the arrancar one.

It would be a distasteful ending if it ends at the arrancar... Hope the key is created in another way. Can see the royal family of SS... Futhermore, want to see some of the characters bankai, one eg. urahara etc...

Its still amazing that a flashback arc could take two years to unfold.
Would you guys prefer KT add in some chapters here and there among the 108 flashback chapters to bring the time back to the present? Or would you like him to present all 108 chapters without breaks?

guess the author shud've turned the pendulum rather than ichigo and gang run into world of hollows. liddat it's more interesting seeing the past rather than seeing ichigo and gang fight for 21980374109427yrs and still forever going.

Dont worry about that, I read a transcript from bleachforums.com, its about an interview with Kubo Tite. He mentioned that Orihime would appear more(maybe as a mojor character?) in his plan for the future. He remarked that he should start practising how to draw her face better....lol. Bear in mind that KT haven't fully explained the true nature and origin of Chad's and Orihime's power. These 2 side characters could appear more in the future i guess.
Regarding the 2yrs flashback....some other fans over at bleachforums also believe that, so i'm just echoing them. Plus, for me its logical that you count down all the way to zero to the present time in the story. Don't quote me, i may be wrong regarding the 2yrs part.
But seeing that bleach is released one chapter per week, to fully release 108 chapters would logically take more than 2 years. UNLESS.....KT released just enough for the Aizen arc to end nicely, then save the rest of the flashback for later, who knows? Again, don't quote me, these are just my guesses.
