New Delhi, May 9 -- This Mother's Day HT City asked some of Bollywood's first-time moms how their life changed after they became moms.
Actress Yukta Mookhey gave birth to son Ahhrein six months ago, and ever since, she says, her priorities have changed. "I come from an independent background. After giving birth, my perspective of life has changed completely. I've stopped thinking about myself and put my child first."
Actress Tara Sharma and her husband Rupak had a son in June. "For Rupak, and me, our son Zen is the best thing to happen in the universe. What's wonderful is that we manage to continue doing all that we used to do earlier."
TV star Gurdeep Punj of Sanjeevani fame says, "I have become more responsible, firstly towards my life. My baby girl, Meher, has instilled my faith in the Almighty."
Actress Kamya Punjabi, best known for her negative role in the TV show Astitva, says she, "After my daughter Aara came into my life my entire world revolves around her."
Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi's actress Gauri Pradhan, who had twins (Neevaan and Katya) recently says, "I can't think of doing anything else other than look at my kids. I think every woman should experience motherhood."
