i burned a total of 400 calories at the gym today
lol.. i only about 350 calories 20 minutes. haha.
But dunno why yesterday when i run , my stamina not up to standard.I got really tired at 15 minutes already running at 11.5 . i could not do the last 2.5 minutes at 13.0 .

lolz you ran at such a high speed ah...dunno why the gym in my school cap it at 7.2 leh...Usually I only did it at around 6.5...but with incline...
I dun like the treadmill too much though...too much impact on my joints and my legs ached after that. So usually I only ran for 10 minutes then I move on to the cross-trainer, which is like my fave machine ever in the gym lolz. Problem is a lot of ppl like it as well, so have to wait for my turn.
Thinking of getting one to put inside my own house next time...

My joints have been aching.. thats the result of running on treadmill too hard too fast. I am getting from pharmacy NatureHealths Joints pills.It contains all the stuff betlow :
• Glucosamine sulfate, an amino sugar involved in cartilage formation and repair, has been shown to relieve joint pain and stiffness.

i will start out run at 10.5 then after 15 minutes roughly i up to 11.5 or 12 . then the last 2.5 minutes is 12.5 or 13. To make a dash for it Its good idea to invest in gym equipments, but u gotta have the space for it though.

went to billy bombers..had a huge dinner with root beer float...
it is to celebrate rin's bday yesterday so had it with some of his frens..but halfway we had to leave cos he got sick suddenly T_T

yea lor...that's why I worked so hard in the gym ma haha...oledi expected this weekend going to eat a lot.
Now usually weekdays I eat lesser..but weekend at least one day I must eat more lolz
