morning all!!
i think i still am not motivated enough to go to my lab to face all those irritating, self-depressing problems... so i shall once again, wile the day away with a nice breakfast at MacDonalds, and a hair cut after that.

anyway, if you're a healthy human being, a bit more sodium in the diet once in a while shouldnt be anything too bad. and i am a healthy human being for most parts....
