I gave a guy in my group who did something similar a sound bollocking when I caught him doing such a stunt. A third-year undergraduate still doing such a heinous deed... very terrible.
And I don't want anyone to tell me that plagiarism is 'okay if you add the sources'. That's somewhat akin to grabbing someone else's car, giving it a new coat of paint, and passing it off as your own while acknowledging that it used to belong to someone else. You would still be a thief - albeit a really stupid thief.
Honestlly, I think that your workplace is seriously, seriously screwed up when senior teachers (ie your boss) practices plagiarism. -
