The center supervisor is practically useless and blur about most things, when you asked him to handle certain issues, he will just stare at you and go,"Huh?" lolz, then he will scurry to go ask either my manager or asst manager to get the answer to the issue
Now it is not really a problem of lack of instructor, more like the teachers cannot find a suitable day for the classes without clashing with their other classes
Another act blur one... later got things happen... first ones to die are those teachers... -

apparently, after the exam in singapore one of my students went to complain to my boss and told him i never gave him all the past exam papers I have given them all the exam papers that I have through their tutorial, then they dare to say I never give them anything?

Ungrateful student. I asked my manager who is it that dared to make such complaint but he doesnt wan to tell me. kns $%^&*()_(*&^%$^ -
dear boss.. for the sake of the school's integrity, you should tell the student that he got the questions.. if not, he played hooky and didn't turn up... which we cannot do anything about.
and integrity is the lifeblood of any organisation...

Sometimes, I've got to kowtow to the Singapore teachers here. They know such things will happen. So what they do is, prepare an attendance list, ask them collect the tutorials and sign their names.
Whoever complains that he didn't receive, shall receive a nice present from the teacher.
Actually, how nice can the present get? They don't have the powers, only can sabo you nia. -
