NIE sends their art teachers to be to my sch for training..
i think they spend 5 yrs in NIE and my sch at concurrently.
after that become art teacher. -

but being a teacher in singapore is not easy ah. not easy.
it will be 10 times worse than what u have now. hahahaha -

gives a relative idea abt how hard it is for teachers in singapore...dats wat made me think twice abt teaching there...but even if i wan to get into private institutions i still need training from NIE... -
not only classroom politics. you have to worry about office politics too..
school is missile hotspot..
