I have already given up on Creative.
Toe-to-toe, my Creative Zen V Plus 4GB was cheaper and had more features than the iPod nano, but it broke down several times within the space of a few months.
In the end, I got a one-to-one exchange, sold it off to a friend, and defected to Apple. -

I won't deny that Creative is cheaper and is better value for money, considering the features that come with their players...
But in the end, I want a player that is reliable and works whenever I order it to work.
Creative couldn't give me that... the player was unreliable and prone to jamming. Heck, it first broke down less than two weeks after I bought it.
Sorry, Wong Hoo. You give me a reliable MP3 player, and I'll willingly line your pockets.
Until then, my money is with Steve.
