  ups:
  working hard for an interesting urops project
  got new tuition assignment (= more $$$)
  splurged on some good food
  knew some new friends and nice seniors thru the lab
  
  downs:
  worked too hard for urops (fell a bit sick also got no time to recuperate)
  too many tuitions until wanna puke
  friend say i look "rounder" T~T
  think i might be developing an undesirable crush on my senior cum TA.

  downs:
  got depressed twice due to different reasons.
  still busy like siao
  tuitions still very xiong
  no time for SBH
  
  ups:
  recovered from one of the depression case.
  learnt to relax abit about the urops project
  recovered from not feeling well
  got in touch with friends during cny
  carried my 3 month old cousin for the first time (OMG!!! he is sooooooo darn cute!!! )

  updates, everyone!!!
  
  here's mine:
  
  downs:
  bogged down by tons of work
  too many tuitions draining on my Health Points
  no date on V day
  no date, period
  labtop keep giving me problems
  less time to do much reading (or indeed, any leisure)
  
  ups:
  received decent hongbao money even though i didnt actively pursue them
  can always complete my assignments in time despite the rush and stress
  dropped one tuition kid, more time for myself
  just fixed some bug problem in my laptop
  read a good book lately, called Grooming, Gossip and the Evolution of Language, by Robin Dunbar
  downloaded some nice songs (credits to some peeps in SBH )
  completed new chapters to my story
  inspiration for writing 2 new poems
