My brand-new Creative Zen V Plus 4GB has malfunctioned.
It suddenly froze while I was playing it. I can't switch it off, reset it, or remove the battery - all I can do is wait for the battery to die in 15 hours' time.
And the really sucky part? I just bought it one week ago!

Some time back my Samsung digicam also malfunctioned after less than a week of usage.
I called out the customer service manager and demanded that I get a one-to-one exchange. It was difficult, but I pulled it off.
Sigh.... it's almost as though I'm jinxed when it comes to electronic products.

Well, I can't help but feel kinda depressed whenever these things happen. It makes me feel as though I'm not in control of a lot of things.
In any case, ruminating over my malfunctioned MP3 player won't change things at all. The only thing I can do right now is to go down to Creative HQ at Jurong East tomorrow before my lessons in school. Perhaps I'm feeling all the more depressed thanks to the drudgery of revising for exams.
I think I'll be off to bed now. Perhaps I'll feel a whole lot better in the morning.
