  the main thing about a website is that it should be visually comfortable for the users..neat, nothing too glaring, organized..

  yup, most important thing is the users must be able to see the links clearly...dats y make the fonts larger or in a different type or use another color...

  get the company logo to put in place of the top frame.. it's too plain...
  
  try to get another colour scheme.. sites which have bad colour schemes, usually do not get repeat views..

  Make the words into a picture then. And no background colours. It's too striking.
  
  For the frame with blue background... you go and think what to do with that huge space in the middle and at the bottom.
  
  The description of JobHire... why is the font the same size as the other fonts? It's hard to differentiate.
  
  Remove that bullet from Companies Hiring this week. Underline or bold it.
  
  The black background frame... go and adjust the spacing also. It's leaning too much to the right.

  mine even more best. 200++ emails all disappeared now they said they got reserve an account for me, but got 0 mail inside, all my previous mails have been trashed i guess
