at top floor, its quiet, windy, got sun and got shaded parts, and no one goes there. its perfect to relax in.
Used to always bring chips and newspaper there to relac, sometimes with a kaki when not riding. -

Here in a part bukit panjang, its like a ghost town, almost.
so the last -3 floors counting from the top usually no car one. -
