  read a book, do some light exercises, stretching or something..
  
  take your mind off things
  
  right now, i'm not sure if i should go for a walk (if i wear shoes, i usually end up walking really fast which isn't good for me at the moment as i'm still recovering from illness) or just go try to look like a truck ran over me a few hours later
