tonight, it was reconfirmed (as like every night) that some people don't know how to read signs...
the sign clearly says the inner part of the path is the cycling track and the outer part is for joggers and walking, everyone must fan out and walk and jog in the inner path or just take the whole path...
worse, people with darker complexion, like to wear all black and jog or walk.. can't see them and most of the time, trying my damnest to avoid them...
