  in my working life since i started in 1995, and where i'm working at since 1996, i've worked almost 5 years on shifts...

  yes, but so far, it has been a fun experience for me.. I enjoy working despite the long hours of standing and smiling and talking..

  strangely, no matter how much pressure and mayhem when i was working shifts, i loved the work..
  
  it was only recently that the last stint of shift work, that the amount of executive interference, stupidity, idiocy and downright dirty politics amongst the senior management caused everything to be a pain..
  
  the work is still good... but the idiots make it tough..

  Didn't have to study for english and literature.
  
  Science was still ok, geography was quite interesting and history, had to write lines from a "source" with very little information...
