anyway, ultimately, the boss is killed... and that's the main aim, isn't it?
i never tried being a Sorcessor.. the only things i did were a barbarian (which i gave up) and then a Necromancer.. which is bags of fun
ahh.. i guess coz when i played it, it was usually as a necromancer.. so when expert at hammering, everything must be solved with a hammer?
the only problem with necromancers is that after a while, the screen gets very messy if you resurrect too many minions

used assassin, but things got harder and harder...

but i got stuff like a ring that replenish life for every hit, half freeze duration ring and a pair of boots which do the same thing too
and add cold damage charm
so i freeze duriel, my mercenary who is in many ways stronger than me attack duriel face to face, and i just keep hitting him from the side
i never had to use health potion, and my mercenary dont die because duriel was kept frozen all the time by my cold damage -

for a while, after D2 came out, there were websites about it.. there was this lvl 92 necromancer (dunno how they get so high)
after 3 rounds, can't play anymore.. (at that time, no expansion pack)
sadly, before the pack came out, i deleted the game
