used him quite a few times lately, he's really gd. the best farmer and heroes killer. his ult with scepter in late game can earn u alot. i always have the money to revive myself(lvl25) in my games.
items:

scepter
bot
linken
linken
radiance
2 linkens to block disable or stuns. radiance for ult lvl 5. total dmg will be 300+. it's very possible to farm these in normal game. i got these in 1hr and still got money to spare.
to kill, dun chiong. wait for other heroes to start the battle den on ur ult and rash in. when u rash in, guinsoo the strongest hero den spam all ur spells. after inside the 'death circle', keep moving ard so that ppls will have difficulty in targeting u, note that the ult effects will flood the whole screen. -

perhaps u should know that one item owns him..BKB..
and he is very easily killed, 2 stunners more or less can do the job 90% of the time..
i mean just think bout it, he have a good aoe damaging skills as well as a stun, but if thats the case, why isn't he used much in clan matches?

well all his skills can hit multiple targets...but the stun is hard to land...obvious that you're going to cast it...and hp low.
