I hate my lecturer...

for making me go to school on a rainy day for a 1 hr lecture when it was originally 3 hours, cos he never upload his next topic, and didn't tell us.
WASTE TIME SIA! -
erm, i have some who make me go to sch n den say he is sick so we are free to go.
And in my place its a daily occurence where lecturers put down, criticize nd degrade our work. wad to do.

It's a waste of my time and money hiring this type of person! Makes me wonder whether the system of giving professors and the like a higher pay is justified...

Some of the overseas lecturers are known to be pisspoor at time management. -
i dont know abt u guys.. but at my school (arts school) every single lecturer does that.
At times u need to take a pinch of salt with it..
but other times what they say might be true to a certain extend. -

Once my lecturer suddenly fell sick.
I went all the way down to school only to see a notice on the lecture theater entrance, saying 'Mrs xxxxxx has fallen ill; the lecture today is cancelled. Apologies for any inconvenience caused'.
Ok lah.... in my case, I suppose it's not the lecturer's fault for suddenly falling sick, so I don't think I can really blame anyone here.
But yeah... in deathy's case I supposed the lecturer should have posted a note on IVLE or something. -

One of my lectures last semester clashed with my Friday prayers.
So I asked the lecturer (via email) if he could webcast his Friday lectures.
He didn't bother replying to me at all. In the end, I went up to him and asked him personally whether his lectures could be webcasted... not just for myself, but for all the other Muslims in the class.
His answer? Some vague mumblings about how 'the quality of the webcast is poor...', 'you cannot understand what's going on....' blah blah blah....
Needless to say, I give him a piece of my mind in the end-of-semester survey. -
